MTV Buzzworthy caught up with rapper A$AP Rocky before he hit the stage at the mtvU Woodie Awards in Austin, Texas. While on the red carpet, the Harlem native revealed that he will be releasing an A$AP Mob compilation album in May, followed by his solo debut effort, entitled Long.Live.A$AP in July. The 24-year-old rapper also shared what he learned from touring with Drake on the ‘Club Paradise’ tour. “I learned how to gain confidence, stage presence, because honestly before all of this, I was actually partying with the crowd,” said A$AP. “It really wasn’t me doing a show. It was actually me performing. Now I put on an actual show.”

Before ending his interview, he voiced his opinion on XXL‘s Freshman class 2012. “I think a lot of the people on the list are corny as f**k,” said the RCA/Pologrounds rapper. Peep the video below:
